Bob Broad, Principal Broker
I became a Realtor in 2007, and have been a consistent top-producing Realtor and a five time recipient of the client-awarded 5 Star Award. I have served on the Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council three years to help ensure the growth of our top-producing office and to champion the interests of our almost 250 agents.
Serving my clients is my top priority and is a responsibility that I wear with honor and diligence. I am proud to say that I have continuously out-produced the market on all the key Realtor metrics, including List/Sold price ratio, Days-on-Market, and Accepted Offer Rate.
I am one of the owner/partners of Portland Home Team, and am leading our Buyer Services team. I help coach our buyers agents to make buying a home less stressful and more fun. I help the team become better educators, more effective negotiators, more attentive listeners, and ultimately better stewards of the home-buying experience. We expect every Home Team buyer to actively refer our service to their "people."
I have an undergraduate degree from Amherst College, and an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller Center for Entrepreneurship. Prior to real estate, I worked in technology marketing for HP, consumer marketing for The Dial Corp (soap, laundry, etc), and financial services with two boutique Wall St firms. I am an active parent who gets involved in my kids activities, and cherish the times I have to be physically active and playing sports. I'd love to join you for a run, hit some tennis balls, or play a round of golf.
