Hosted by the Willamette Light Brigade, the Portland Winter Light Festival is a citywide, family-friendly event that celebrates winter and community through a creative combination of art, technology, and lights. The festival designed to bring the community together in a different light is returning for its third year starting this Thursday, February 1st and ending Saturday, February 3rd. The free outdoor event will be held at multiple locations this year in addition to the original location OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) and the east end of the Tilikum Crossing Bridge.
