Crestwood Neighborhood At A Glance

Crestwood is a neighborhood in the Southwest section of Portland bordered by Multnomah and Ashcreek.  Crestwood has a population of 980 with an 82% home ownership rate.  Crestwood is attractive to people because of its excellent schools and old Portland style charm with its immaculate Cottages, Bungalows, Victorians and Craftsman style homes.  Crestwood also has easy access to I-5 with a short commute to downtown Portland and OHSU.  It is also close to the trendy Multnomah Village with its chic cafes and shops.

Collins View Parks & Recreation

• Woods Memorial Natural Area - This 36.22 acre park offers trails, bird watching and picnic tables. The majority of the park has native plant foliage and is part of the Fanno Watershed containing the headwaters of two forks of Woods Creek. There is also a Freinds of Woods Park founded in 2002 working to enhance stream health and to give people better ways to enjoy the park.

• The Southwest Coummunity Center & Pool - Includes basketball court – indoor, community center, fitness room, gymnasium, kitchen – reservable, meeting room – reservable, party room – reservable, rock climbing wall, swimming pool – indoor, weight room, and Wireless Internet Access.
• Portland Golf Club - A private 18 hole course enjoyable for players of all levels of abilities. PGC's membership is comprised of business, civic, athletic and social leaders who value the ability to congregate in this very unique setting.
• Redtail Golf Course - A 18 hole course open to the public, newly renovated and upgraded to championship status, is a challenge for golfers of all levels. Rolling hills, picturesque water hazards and tree-lined fairways greet you on this easily walked, player-friendly course. Featuring four sets of tees from 5601 to 7107 yards from the back tees. RedTail holds a course rating of 74.4 and a slope of 136. They have 45 bunkers and six lakes which come into play on ten holes.
