Marshall Park is a quite neighborhood bordered by Markham to the West and South, South Burlingame to the North, Collins View to the East, and Arnold Creek to the South. Tyron Creek State Park is located only minutes from downtown Markahm and is Oregon's only state park within the Portland Metro Area. The Arnold Park Log Home is also located within the Tyron Creek State Park and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was built by John Arnold between 1907 and 1917.
Maricara Natural Area is a 17.25 acre park offering natural trails, wetland, a protected stream, native plants, and older second growth trees.
Marshall Park 25.88 Acres Marshall Park was donated to the City of Portland by F.C and Addie Marshall in 1951. Marshall Park is primarily a natural area with hiking trails. Within the park is a waterfall, a small stone bridge over Tyron Creek and a playground which sits on what was once the home site of the Marshal summer home.
Burlingame Park - is 4.64 Acres and includes disabled access play area, paths – unpaved, picnic tables, playground, soccer field, and softball field.
Foley-Balmer Natural Area - 9.58 Acres incules natural area and paths with meadows and forested areas.
The Southwest Coummunity Center & Pool - Includes basketball court – indoor, community center, fitness room, gymnasium, kitchen – reservable, meeting room – reservable, party room – reservable, rock climbing wall, swimming pool – indoor, weight room, and Wireless Internet Access.
