Portland Home Team believes in building community and strengthening our City's neighborhoods.
Do you have a friend or a neighbor that makes meaningful contributions to our neighborhood or larger community, but doesn't have the time or resources to tackle a home project? Or maybe you know of a teacher or an emergency responder working hard to support our community? We would like to hear about them! From your nominations, we will choose a person(s) to receive one-time assistance from Portland Home Team for exterior projects of their home that need an extra helping hand. Portland Home Team, along with the homeowner, can help to identify and help with projects such as a yard clean-up, a landscaping project, an exterior paint touch-up, guard rails for stairs, or gutter repairs. With the help of donated services and local volunteers, we can join together and clean up our neighborhoods one home at a time!

We will determine which nomination(s) will be recognized by May 5th and arrange to send out our crew by Mid-May. Stay tuned for our selection! Nominees must be the homeowners, or homeowners must give written permission for the program participation.
