Northwest Portland is in the heart of Downtown, consisting of neighborhoods where you can walk anywhere within 10-15 minutes. Located on the west side of the Willamette River, the Pearl District consists primarily of apartments, condos – detached single family homes being found only in the Nob Hill and Goose Hollow areas. Known for shopping, eating and being conveniently located to jobs, health care, arts and culture, more and more people are calling NW Portland “Home.”
