The Oregon Coast
From an article in the Oct. 2,2005 Oregonian:
“Sure, the weather is often grim and water always frigid. But it’s hard to beat being on a beach in Oregon, where public use is guaranteed. In 1967, the Legislature passed Oregon’s signature beach bill, which codified the right for public use of the state’s entire 296 miles of Pacific Coast from surf line to vegetation line.”
